Position Overview

Join our Global Business Services (GBS) organization to support and enhance ServiceNow solutions, including HR Service Delivery and IT Service Management. The role operates globally, working cross‑functionally with the GBS community to manage changes, analyze demands, and improve the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure requested changes are managed according to our process in close cooperation with local GBS experts.
• Support daily operations and respond to incoming service requests, performing impact analysis and detailed assessment of demands.
• Implement and continuously improve ServiceNow platforms and solutions in global projects.
• Execute and document testing activities for major releases and new demands.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement measures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role as a ServiceNow platform user, key user, or platform project (configuration) contributor for a senior position; 2 years for a specialist role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• Excellent business English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including HR Service Delivery, IT Service Management, and Customer Service Management.
• Experience in Test and Change Management is a strong advantage.
• Experience with agile methods and tools (SCRUM, Kanban) is an advantage.
• Agile, accountable, entrepreneurial mindset with a solution‑ and result‑orientation.
• Good analytical capabilities and problem‑solving competence, including prioritization.
• Dedicated team player with good communication skills and a structured way of working.
