Senior ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Consultant

Youll participate in projects that implement, configure, and maintain the NowPlatform, expanding your technical and business skills in a worldwide context. Your key responsibilities

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be tasked with directing the development and implementation of intricate business processes. This also involves the analysis of business requirements at all stages of development. You may have the opportunity to lead a team of consultants during projects or design the architecture of ServiceNow solutions.

Skills and attributes for success

To excel in this role, you should possess a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow platform and exhibit confidence when working through implementation, customization, or maintenance projects.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• 4 years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Proficiency in English
• Proven experience and understanding of ITSM and GRC
• Proficient in aligning DORAs digital resilience framework with ServiceNows GRC and SecOps features for the financial sector.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and managing compliance within ServiceNow in regards to European Union and financial services regulations
• Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• German or other European languages would be an advantage
• Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification
• A Bachelor’s or Masters degree in a technical or economic field
