We are looking to grow our team with committed people to have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, from the technology, development, integration and modules, to design, develop, implement and test modules in line with customer requirements.
- Product Development. Designs small to medium size solutions develops, implements and tests modules and products in line with agreed timelines, budget, costs, quality and development standards. Actively participates in calculation of development and product costs. Contributes to the production, maintenance and/or testing of maintainable solutions with a low density of defects.
- IT Integration. Provides integration facilities and provisions logistics.
- Process Improvement. Suggests and implements proposals for process improvements within projects.
- Innovation. Uses new technologies and methods actively to develop highly competitive products.
- Documentation. Provides technical documentation on realized modules / products, following internal standards. Creates documentation on development work: analytical documentation on the required code and functionality changes as well as technical specifications and manuals. Creating process documentation related to creating and developing software (plans, schedules, estimates, general scope of work)
- Project: Creates project documentation related to creating and developing software (plans, schedules, estimates, general scope of work), creates sales documentation (offers, project descriptions, role descriptions, PoC)
- Maintenance. Provides Back Level maintenance support, including problem solving, for own modules and if necessary, for foreign (sourced from third party supplier) components.
- Lifecycle. Provides development support during lifecycle of modules and products, bugfixing activities. Is responsible for development of new versions and updates based on defined requirements.
- Technical Expertise. Maintains high level of product and solution knowledge. Ensures that their skill profile is up to date. Influences own team by contributing to team meetings, quality assuring deliverables etc.
