  • As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team working on diverse international projects. responsibilities :


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design customer service solutions within the ServiceNow platform
  • Configure CSM modules, workflows, forms, and user interfaces in line with service processes
  • Build standard solutions and propose customizations aligned with ServiceNow development best practices
  • Integrate CSM with other internal and external systems to enable automated data exchange
  • Develop and implement workflows, business rules, and automation scripts to streamline customer service processes
  • Create custom applications, modules, and portals to extend ServiceNow CSM capabilities
  • Design user-friendly and efficient interfaces for service agents, managers, and end users
  • Set up dashboards and reports to monitor customer service performance and identify improvement areas

requirements-expected :


  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on CSM and Workbench
  • ServiceNow CSM Implementation certification
  • Proven experience in scripting and customizing solutions within ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ServiceNow APIs and third-party integrations
  • Solid understanding of the ITIL framework (certification is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Now Assist will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional international teams
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Fluent Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required
