The ServiceNow Team at Sii delivers end-to-end solutions to clients across a wide range of industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in enhancing ServiceNow platforms, streamlining and digitizing process flows, and extending the capabilities of existing implementations. Our expertise spans multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and ITBM.
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team working on diverse international projects. responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design customer service solutions within the ServiceNow platform
Configure CSM modules, workflows, forms, and user interfaces in line with service processes
Build standard solutions and propose customizations aligned with ServiceNow development best practices
Integrate CSM with other internal and external systems to enable automated data exchange
Develop and implement workflows, business rules, and automation scripts to streamline customer service processes
Create custom applications, modules, and portals to extend ServiceNow CSM capabilities
Design user-friendly and efficient interfaces for service agents, managers, and end users
Set up dashboards and reports to monitor customer service performance and identify improvement areas
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on CSM and Workbench
ServiceNow CSM Implementation certification
Proven experience in scripting and customizing solutions within ServiceNow
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ServiceNow APIs and third-party integrations
Solid understanding of the ITIL framework (certification is a plus)
Familiarity with Now Assist will be considered an advantage
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional international teams
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
