ServiceNows Competence Center provides services in enhancing client platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding the use of the platform within a client organization. Our experience covers all aspects of platform consultation, implementation, and maintenance.
We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer with CSM, SecOps, CMDB, or HRSD experience to play a key role in implementation projects.
Your Role:
- Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions
- Performing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
- Making scripts in various areas like Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, and UI Pages
- Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
- Integrating with 3rd party tools and other ServiceNow instances including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services
- Validating technical solutions before deployment
Your Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Experience in core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
- An organized and focused approach to work
- Good analytical and communication skills
- At least two valid ServiceNow certifications
- English on a minimum B2 level
