responsibilities :

Design, build, and configure applications, forms, workflows, and custom scripts within the ServiceNow platform.
Design and architect CMDB, discovery jobs and automation workflows and flow using ServiceNow Orchestrator.
Customize ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM) using scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and perform UI enhancements.
Create ServiceNow dashboards and workspaces.
Identify and resolve issues, debugging scripts, workflows, and other ServiceNow elements as needed.
Manage data within the platform, including imports, transformations, and updates, using ServiceNows tools and techniques.
Work with end-users to ensure that solutions meet requirements and best practices supporting business.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scripts, workflows, and other ServiceNow components, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Perform data imports, transformations, and updates using ServiceNows tools and techniques to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
Work closely with end-users to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions align with business needs.
Adhere to established governance frameworks, development standards, and best practices to ensure consistent and compliant use of the platform.
Provide guidance and support to junior developers, sharing best practices and promoting continuous improvement.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users and stakeholders on new features and functionalities.

requirements-expected :

Strong experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, UI Builder, etc.
At least 5+ years specifically managing and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
ITSM, CMDB and ITOM experience
Knowledge of ServiceNows integration capabilities, including REST and SOAP APIs, and experience with data management tools.
General Understanding of Database technologies such as SQL, MySQL in planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator are essential. Additional certifications like Certified Implementation Specialist are beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the platform.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
ITIL Certification is beneficial.
