ServiceNow Development & Customization: Work on Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Portal.
Discovery & Service Mapping: Implement and enhance ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM to optimize configuration management.
Integration development and management: Develop and maintain integrations with JAMF, Intune, Solarwinds, AWS, Azure, etc.
Scripting & Automation: Create and maintain server-side scripts, ACLs, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and other automation solutions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with platform owners and IT teams to refine ServiceNow functionalities and ensure seamless performance.
Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical requirements, process documentation, and user guides.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new ServiceNow modules and best practices, adapting to the companys growth and evolving business needs.
Platform Maintenance: Support updates, cloning activities, and overall system health.
Platform Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM and Integrations
ServiceNow Certifications: CSA
Strong expertise in ServiceNow solutions, scripting, and implementation strategies.
Experience in ServiceNow APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and external integrations.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage information effectively and work in a fast-paced IT environment.
Fluent English (written & spoken) is required.
