We are looking for a senior ServiceNow developer who can design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and services. The developer will work across applications, deliver new functionality, and support the entire development lifecycle. The developer should have a robust software development background enhanced by training in ServiceNow system administration, scripting, and application creation. In addition to having advanced system administration skills, a developer should have background in working in ITSM and ITOM-oriented organizations.
responsibilities :
Design, build, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications based on the business requirements.
Oversee the development process throughout its lifecycle: design, build, test, and migrate to production.
Assist with ServiceNow platform administration activities – incident and request management.
Assist with ServiceNow platform upgrades and patches.
Work with the Architect and Product Owner to design and develop customizations for ITSM and ITOM applications.
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow configuration by fixing bugs and identifying and addressing platform inefficiencies.
Contribute to creating technical documentation of the platform.
Provide necessary assistance to Architect, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders where necessary: answer all technical questions, estimate the feasibility of requested development and release efforts.

You have knowledge of the following ServiceNow products: ITSM Pro, Service Portal, ITOM, Discovery, CSM.
You have experience building various integrations with ServiceNow.
You know how to build Web Services integrations such as SOAP and REST, APIs.
You have previous experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow platform, including configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Access Control Lists, workflows, Flow designer, Service Catalog, Integration hub, Virtual Agent.
You know how to design solutions using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
