• Develop custom ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs
• Utilize the ServiceNow scripting framework to automate processes and enhance functionality
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow portal customer requirements
• Develop and maintain portal widgets to extend portal functionalities
• Collaborate with business analysts and UI/UX designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues to ensure optimal platform performance
• Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
• Document developed work for future reference and maintenance

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Proven experience in ServiceNow scripting
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow application development lifecycle
• Experience in customizing the ServiceNow portal and developing portal widgets
• Solid knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) processes
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations (REST APIs, web services) and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code
• Fluent English
• Certification of ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) would be an advantageous
