This is a remote opportunity for a German client – work from home full-time.
responsibilities :
Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Conduct code reviews and quality control checks.
Debug and fix technical issues.
Produce and run test cases to ensure software quality.
Document code and application functionality.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development.
requirements-expected :
Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5-8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Proficiency in scripting, workflows, and integrations on ServiceNow.
Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with ITSM and ITOM processes.
Experience in consulting for large implementation projects
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent English communication and collaboration abilities. Fluency in German will be a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
