As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions that enable enterprise clients to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. You’ll collaborate with visionary peers across cloud, data, and AI practices to shape intelligent workflows and scalable enterprise architectures that elevate how our clients operate.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence and empower clients to work smarter, faster, and better
• Push the boundaries of what’s possible with ServiceNow, leveraging the latest platform capabilities to deliver transformative results
• Guide talented engineers and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning. Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, other partners, and clients to understand their needs and translate them into powerful, scalable ServiceNow architectures
• Create and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules, building EPAM intellectual property
• Set the standard for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance, ensuring quality, security, and performance at every step. Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities, campaigns, and events. Help in organising ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/‘SNUGs’ to share knowledge and achievements

Requirements

• Experienced Deliverer: You have a proven trackrecord (12+ years) of successfully delivering complex ServiceNow projects across multipledomains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
• Technical Expert: You possess deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices
• Inspiring Leader: You communicate effectively, lead with influence, and enjoy mentoring and growing talent around you
• Creative Problem-Solver: You approach challenges with curiosity and ingenuity, always finding innovative solutions
• Certified Professional: You have ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others) – what’s desirable and demonstrate your commitment to mastery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
