? Role Overview

As our Senior ServiceNow Architect, you will:

• Define and govern the technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations.

• Lead Design Authority sessions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

• Mentor development teams through hands-on demonstrations and collaborative problem-solving.

• Architect multi-domain applications using UI Builder and App Engine, and drive data model design for enterprise scalability.

• Integrate ServiceNow with SAP, Databricks, and other legacy platforms via MuleSoft, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

• Embed AI/GenAI capabilities into workflows to enhance automation and user experience.

• Balance innovation with delivery excellence — challenging existing processes while maintaining best practices.

? Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver multiple applications within unified workspaces using UI Builder and App Engine.

• Design and implement enterprise-grade data models across multiple business portfolios.

• Lead integration strategies with SAP, Databricks, and legacy systems using IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs.

• Define and enforce technical governance, coding standards, and platform health monitoring.

• Host Design Authority sessions and approve solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and SPM modules.

• Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and delivery leads to ensure architectural alignment with business strategy.

• Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

• Document high-level architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and reusable components.

? Qualifications & Certifications

• 10+ years in IT architecture, including 7+ years with ServiceNow.

• Proven experience leading ServiceNow solution design and delivery across multiple modules and workspaces.

• Deep expertise in:

  • UI Builder, App Engine, IntegrationHub, MID Server, CMDB

  • Custom data modeling, SAP integrations, and legacy system orchestration

? Mandatory Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, CSM, or ITOM

• Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Experience using AI/GenAI tools to enhance architecture and automation
