About this opportunity



Welcome to the Investment Product Services team. We add value by executing and improving operational processes within selected investment products, with the ambition to continuously deliver ever better experiences for our customers. As Senior Service Operations Officer you’ll play a valuable role in supporting both our customers and internal stakeholders within IT, Investment Center, and Nordea Funds, to name a few.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Lead the team in ensuring that the processes in scope are executed in a timely manner with high quality.
2. Take ownership of stakeholder collaboration in the various business areas in the organization with a focus on investment products.
3. Drive how to best support the team with improvements and documentation of our processes including relevant risk assessments.
4. Take lead on the overall collaboration structure towards colleagues within Investment Product Services and in other parts of Nordea to solve issues.
5. Instruct how to drive projects within our teams and units scope including relevant stakeholders.

Your experience and background:

1. At least 3 years relevant banking experience.
2. Great communication skills in English, verbally and written.
3. An analytical mindset, enjoys investigating and can connect dots to create a bigger picture.
4. Responsible and proactive in learning new things, not waiting for tasks to be assigned.
5. A strong team player with a flexible and open mindset.
6. Comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment.
7. Finance-related university degree or equivalent professional experience.
8. An interest in investment products.
9. Excel and macro knowledge is a must.
