We are looking for a Senior Service Desk Specialist with German to lead and support the daily operations of our IT Infrastructure Service Desk. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in SLA/KPI management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide voice-based technical support in English and German.

Oversee and coordinate daily Service Desk operations.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs to maintain high service standards.
Deliver voice-based technical support for IT infrastructure issues.
Support users in English and German.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents and problems.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain and improve knowledge base and documentation.
Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

3+ years of experience in IT Service Desk or Infrastructure support roles.
Fluency in English and German.
Openness for rotational shift.
Proven track record in managing SLAs and KPIs.
Strong customer service focus and user-oriented mindset.
Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
