• This position provides the chance to collaborate with a team of over a dozen employees and external consultants to enhance server support. You will work closely with the Server Engineering team (covering governance, security, architecture, and design) to lead projects and shape the future of the infrastructure. Additionally, you will coordinate with an external company based in India, which manages the majority of daily support operations.

• Reducing the number and duration of major incidents
• Optimizing resources (servers, licenses, workforce, etc.)
• Enhancing support for other IT operations and development teams

• Results-oriented, proactive in automation and optimization
• Analytical and detail-focused, ensuring high-quality standards
• Ownership-driven, taking responsibility and delivering results
• Collaborative, with a strong team-player mindset
• 5+ years of experience managing at least several hundred Windows, Linux, VMware, or Azure servers
• Hands-on experience with management tools like SCCM or RedHat Satellite
• Knowledge of Azure technologies or VMware virtualization operations, focusing on automation, security, and compliance
• Experience in building and maintaining automation to optimize virtualization platforms, manage security risks, and ensure compliance
• Ability to identify and resolve inconsistent configurations
• Proficiency in monitoring and managing the above-mentioned technologies
• Strong skills in incident management, troubleshooting, and restoring services efficiently
• Experience in planning and controlling IT operations (e.g., SOPs, compliance with cybersecurity policies, patching, upgrading, monitoring, etc.)
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher), both spoken and written
