Responsibilities
- Lead performance marketing for web acquisition. Own and execute paid user acquisition strategies focused on performance search channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and other search networks.
- Implement cross-device strategies (web to app). Develop campaigns that connect user journeys across web and app environments, maximizing conversion rates and lifetime value.
- Manage search and shopping campaigns planning, execution and scaling. Set up, optimize, and scale search campaigns.
- Analyze and report on web growth performance. Monitor key metrics such as conversion, CR, CPA, ROAS. Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and communicate performance trends and recommendations. Build dashboards, run cohort analyses, and deliver actionable insights to guide strategy.
- Own budget and forecasting for web channels. Plan and manage multi-market ad spend efficiently across various platforms and markets, ensuring optimal pacing and ROI.
- Collaborate with App User Acquisition and Localization teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing. Minimum 3 years of experience running paid large-scale campaigns with demonstrable success in driving scalable growth.
- Expertise in Paid Search: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising. Understanding the specifics of individual search engines.
- Expertise in Google Shopping Ads. Managing and optimizing campaigns as well as product data feeds.
- Strong analytical skills and data literacy. Confidence working with data to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns. Experience in working with Google Analytics.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics. Knowledge of funnel KPIs. Ability to derive insights and act on them rapidly.
- Independence in planning, implementing, and testing new solutions is required.
- Experience with YouTube and Google Display Network will be strong asset.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager will be strong asset.
- Familiarity with app analytics systems will be considered as a strong advantage (e.g. Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava, Singular, Tenjin etc.).
- Deep understanding of mobile metrics will be also strong asset.
- Creative and growth-oriented mindset. Strong experimentation mindset with a test–learn–scale approach to creatives and channel mix. Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to align performance goals with wider product, brand, and CRM teams. Experience presenting campaign results and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
