As a Senior SEM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the companys online visibility and revenue growth through strategic management of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEM strategies, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure Displate maintains a competitive edge in the market.

Your responsibilities

What will you do?

• Collaborating with various departments within the organization and acting like a project manager
• Managing multiple projects at once - ensure that everything runs smoothly
• Testing and implementing new tools to enhance campaign performance.
• Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to align with our sales-based KPIs.
• Contributing to the formulation and execution of our Google Ads strategy.
• Conducting A/B tests to enhance ad performance.
• Analyzing data and generating actionable insights to drive campaign improvements.

General expectations

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Google Ads campaigns (with strong emphasis on e-commerce).
• Proficiency in managing large-scale budgets.
• Expertise in working with product feeds.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Google Ads system.
• Strong familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Ads Editor, and Google Merchant Center.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, PowerBI, and DataFeedWatch or similar tools is a plus.
• 2-3 years of agency experience preferred but not required
