As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our IT practices and leading teams towards excellence. ARLA IT is rapidly growing and seeks a capable individual to ensure efficient and collaborative working environments.

How You Will Make an Impact:

1. Scrum Leadership: Serve as a Scrum Master in the IT Excellence team, guiding team through Agile processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
2. SAFe Event Facilitation: Proficiently facilitate SAFe events such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops to ensure team alignment and productivity.
3. Team Event Facilitation: Lead team-level SAFe events including Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Reviews, and Iteration Retrospectives, ensuring consistent communication and coordination.
4. Community Building: Drive and facilitate Communities of Practice (CoPs) across Arla IT to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Actively involve stakeholders in solution development, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
6. Process Improvement: Analyze and refine current workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to build enhanced processes that drive efficiency.
7. Training and Development: Conduct workshops and learning sessions for roles such as Product Owners, Product Managers, and Release Train Engineers, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead strong collaboration efforts with Agile Release Trains, cross-functional teams, and across the broader Arla organization.
9. Methodology Integration: Utilize a hybrid approach by integrating elements of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies to suit different project needs.

What Will Make You Successful:

1. Methodology Knowledge: Strong understanding and experience in Agile frameworks, specifically Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe, with relevant certifications.
2. Project Delivery Experience: Proven experience in delivering IT projects and programs using both Agile and Hybrid methodologies, with roles such as Release Train Engineer or project manager.
3. Training Skills: Ability to create and deliver engaging training sessions both online and onsite.
4. Communication Skills: Strong English communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
5. Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with Azure DevOps and practical experience working with 3-5 teams.
6. Global Mindset: Ability to navigate and thrive in a global work environment, acting as a role model and trusted advisor.
