responsibilities :

Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for several Scrum teams working in a SAFe environment.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and refine team backlogs, ensuring alignment with program priorities.
Promote continuous improvement and support the development of high-performing teams.
Ensure adherence to Agile and SAFe principles, enabling the teams to deliver high quality incremental value.
Track and report key team performance metrics and support the teams in meeting their PI objectives.
Assist with PI Planning and contribute to alignment across the Agile Release Train.
Work closely with other Scrum Masters and RTEs to resolve cross-team dependencies.
Educate and mentor team members, stakeholders, and leaders on Agile and SAFe practices.
Encourage innovation, experimentation, and a fail fast approach to building MVPs.
Contribute to creating a strong leadership culture within the Connectivity area.

requirements-expected :

have 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including at least 1 year in a SAFe environment;
have solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe principles;
have strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills;
can manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional environments;
have experience working with test frameworks or test automation;
are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
