• We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master with strong experience in Agile delivery and working in a SAFe environment. The role focuses on enabling efficient delivery processes, supporting cross-team coordination, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards. This position requires a structured approach and proven capability in guiding teams toward predictable execution.

• Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and adherence to Agile/SAFe practices
• Coaching and guidance for development teams to enhance performance and Agile maturity
• Close cooperation with Product Owners and Project Managers in resolving impediments and ensuring effective delivery
• Participation in PI Planning and coordination of SAFe events
• Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across teams

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Fluent English, enabling effective communication in an international environment
• Practical experience working within the SAFe framework
• Valid PSM I or PSM II certification
• Background or additional experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner
• Residing in Poland required
