We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our clients team and help drive Agile excellence across product and development teams!
You will play a crucial role in facilitating Scrum practices, supporting Product Owners and Development Teams, and ensuring successful project delivery within a SAFe environment.
responsibilities :
Support Product Owners and Development Teams in delivering customer value
Onboard team members to the Scrum/SAFe framework
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and help improve team efficiency
Lead the team in Agile practices and ensure proper implementation
Ensure smooth operation within the companys environment (Jira, Confluence, Agile Change Management)
Help decompose work and prioritize product backlog items, educate teams on backlog grooming
requirements-expected :
5+ years’ experience working as a Scrum Master in IT
Knowledge of agile tools and techniques like Kanban, Design Thinking, numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats
Advanced English - at least C1 (written and spoken)
Bachelor or Master of Science (technical profile preferred)
Agile mindset with “can do” approach
Good skills and knowledge of: servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, continual improvement, growing transparency
