Coach and empower teams for: self-organization, focus on outcomes, flow and continuous improvement
Work for flow with people, processes, tools, and the larger organization

Collaborate with RTE and other leaders to support ART improvements and deliveries
Support the team to operate within our quality management system (QMS), developing and operating high-quality solutions with built-in regulatory compliance
requirements-expected :
4+ years experience in agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) including experience in organizations developing own software products;
Experience in driving organizational change initiatives - beyond the development team;
Understanding of the software development life cycle and modern DevSecOps practices;
Understanding of team dynamics and individual profiles to build high-performing teams;
