Senior Scrum Master

Your responsibilities

• Guide teams through Agile best practices
• Facilitate continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment with SAFe principles across multiple teams

Our requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development-related roles
• At least 5 years in project coordination or Scrum Master roles, managing IT projects at the local and global level, within international, multicultural teams
• Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
• Solid understanding of Agile and project management methodologies
• Proven experience working with distributed and virtual teams
• Fluent English — C1/C2 level (written and spoken)
• At least one Scrum Master certification, such as PSM I / II / III, AgilePM
• At least one Scaled Agile certification, such as SAFe 4 / 5, LeSS Practitioner
