Experience Required:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development-related roles.
• At least 5 years in project coordination or Scrum Master roles, managing IT projects at the local and global level, within international, multicultural teams.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid understanding of Agile and project management methodologies.
• Proven experience working with distributed and virtual teams.
• Fluent English — C1/C2 level (written and spoken).
• At least one Scrum Master certification, such as: PSM I / II / III  AgilePM
• At least one Scaled Agile certification, such as: SAFe 4 / 5  LeSS Practitioner
