- Location: hybrid / Gdynia (one day per week)
- B2B Contract 140 - 175pln net +vat/h
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with distributed global teams
- At least 2 years of experience in Scrum Master in SAFe setup
- Good understanding the Agile mindset and values
- Fluency in spoken and written English language
- The knowledge about iterative and incremental development
- The knowledge about fundamentals of software development
processes and procedures - SAFe knowledge
