Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)
The project focuses on building and optimizing large-scale data processing pipelines in a complex financial services environment, leveraging Scala, Apache Spark, and modern orchestration tools such as Airflow and Oozie. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-performance distributed data workflows, ensuring data quality, scalability, and reliability across multi-terabyte datasets. The role also involves close collaboration with analysts and data scientists to support advanced analytics, regulatory reporting, and AML/KYC use cases.
