responsibilities :
Build advanced personalization processes to increase customer engagement
Lead projects related to personalization, including idea generation and business coordination with various units
Summarize and provide recommendations for activity improvements based on campaign analysis
Design, implement, test, and maintain customer communication workflows based on customer data
Implement communication processes in the CRM system using SAS CI Studio 6
Prepare analyses and campaign summaries in English
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Analyze business data to support and optimize personalization strategies
Recommend process improvements driven by data insights
Create reports and present findings clearly to stakeholders
requirements-expected :
3-5 years of experience in campaign management and CRM processes
Extensive experience with SAS CI Studio 6
Higher education in a relevant field
Strong skills in designing and implementing business processes
Proficiency in business data analysis and interpretation of large data volumes
Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Good level of Polish and English, both written and spoken
Working knowledge of SQL
Strong ambition, determination, and quick learning ability
Polish (communicative level)
