We are currently looking for:
Job location: remote from Poland
You will be part of the SAP HR team providing support and maintenance activities to DXC’s newly acquired client . On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to proactively monitor and support business-critical SAP systems , particula rly within the scope of the SAP SuccessFactors module , which is linked to an SAP ECC system including SAP HCM module .
Key responsibilities:
bring functional knowledge & experience in the SAP SuccessFactors (incl. following sub-modules: EC, Learning, Performance, Recruitment )
analyse and provide solutions (workarounds, fixes etc.) to user-raised support tickets (Incident Management)
assess, design and implement user-requested Changes (Change Management)
handle other relevant tasks within the scope of SAP support service for the client
We require:
10 years of experience in general, and several years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors specifically ( incl. following sub-modules: EC, Learning, Performance, Recruitment )
support and Delivery experience across multiple SAP modules, but at minimum SAP SuccessFactors for HR business flows
good “consulting” skills – presentation and client-facing skills.
the ability to understand client requirements and advise them on the best solutions using SAP Technology
experience/Knowledge across numerous industry sectors
mentoring and coaching more junior members of the HR Team
good communication , interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Team Player and ability to be flexible and adaptable
strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and problem- solver
