Overview

Our PBS Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect of the SAP environment. We support the current business processes of our clients, their development, and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S/4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within the O2C (Order-to-Cash) team to provide consulting support for international clients in the SAP SD module.
• Analyze and resolve customer change requests and incidents.
• Propose, prepare, and implement new solutions and functionalities.
• Prepare essential project documentation, including solution designs, business processes, and developer specifications.
• Work in collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP application customer support or participation in implementation projects, including active configuration of the SAP SD module.
• Strong understanding of business processes in sales and logistics.
• Fluent in English; German at a communicative level is a plus.
• Expertise in SAP SD or SAP CS modules, with experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
• Basic knowledge of integrations with other SAP modules such as MM, WM, and FI-CO.
• A proactive approach to finding innovative solutions and achieving goals.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Open to exploring new technologies and SAP solutions.
