Providing necessary expertise to the stakeholders for the specific Sales Distribution and/or Project Systems related operations,
Providing solution recommendations, considering scope and PwC network requirements as well as take care of the configurations on SAP modules,
Providing a guidance/training to other project members, stakeholders and support teams during the project and during the hypercare phase,
Assess impact and gaps in the current business processes vs to-be process,
Take responsibility for the implementation of SD/PS processes incl. functional and technical design in SAP,
Handling tasks including problem resolution, request fulfillment, configuration changes, supporting production documentation, and implementation support,
Troubleshoot issues and determine root causes of problems, the users are facing,
Resolve functional problems, escalate and track problems appropriately,
Manage system configuration in accordance to corporate guidelines and policies,
Communication with an external vendor (SAP).
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of professional experience in SAP, preferably previous experience on implementation projects,
Knowledge of at least one business domain areas, preferably Sales and Distribution or Project Systems with strong business application knowledge in: SD/PS solutions with a preferred focus on (orgStructure setup, order management, billing, pricing, tax determination, outputs, billing forms, materials setup, engagement management, project billing, revenue recognition, WIP management, down payment process),
Understanding the SAP landscape well, with integrations of other business solutions (e.g. CPI, Concur, SAP HCM, Replicon, Coupa) would be an asset,
Experience in SAP S/4HANA or Cloud-based solution is required,
Strong interpersonal, conceptual, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to propose suitable solutions for the stakeholders at multiple levels and across multiple disciplines,
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team,
Graduated from university in Finance and Accounting / Economics / Information Technology or related fields,
Fluent English (both spoken and written).
