Design and implement the overall SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition authorization architecture (role concept, naming standards, organizational levels, governance).
Build, maintain and optimize single/composite roles in PFCG, including generation, transport management and documentation.
Review and redesign existing roles and user assignments to align with best practices (least privilege, role minimization, separation of duties).
Analyze user activities and authorizations to support SAP license optimization (mapping usage to license types, identifying oversizing, proposing corrective actions).
Collaborate with functional teams (FI/MM/SD and others) to translate business processes into business‑role concepts and technical roles.
Support audit and compliance activities (internal and external), prepare evidence and reports on access design, SoD conflicts and remediation plans.
Advise the client on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition security standards, guidelines and roadmap (including Fiori app authorizations and modern access models).
Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, validate role designs and onboard key users.
requirements-expected :
Very good spoken and written Polish (required) and English at a communicative level (nice to have).
Several years of hands‑on experience in SAP Security / Authorizations in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA projects.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to challenge the current access model and propose pragmatic improvements tailored to a single client landscape.
Experience working in project‑based environments (implementation, rollout or optimization projects) and in cooperation with local IT and business stakeholders.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain authorization and licensing topics in a clear way to Polish‑speaking business users.
Basic understanding of audit and compliance expectations (e.g. internal control requirements, data protection) in the Polish regulatory context.
Motivation to further develop expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Security, license optimization and, optionally, SAP GRC or other SAP security tools.
