We are looking for a Senior SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Consultant responsible for working with the customer on all SAP PLM-related issues. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with strong SAP PLM expertise, especially in logistics, and a proven ability to implement and enhance product lifecycle management solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Support customers in SAP PLM implementations and rollouts.- Serve as a SAP PLM consultant with 10-15 years of experience, including multiple rollouts, implementations, and support engagements.- Lead or support a team in deploying the program, with a strong focus on embedding changes and enhancing capabilities in local markets.- Engage and align with In-Market leadership.- Provide in-market expertise on specific processes and data based on customer templates.- Support the market throughout the deployment by offering project/programme process knowledge and expertise.- Champion process standardization and template usage to achieve market benefits.- Guide the market through the data journey by providing expertise in the target data model.- Act as a liaison between In-Market Teams and the central programme, serving as the first point of contact for escalations.- Ensure that the market:Successfully completes end-to-end testing and data loads as scheduled.Understands the Autoneum template and processes.Understands and verifies their data.Is ready and self-sufficient for the cutover phase.- Preferred candidates have experience in the Automotive or Automotive Supplier industry.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP PLM.- Several full implementation cycles with the SAP PLM Module.- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter and managing PLM processes, along with interface knowledge with SAP.- Proficient in analyzing customer requirements.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Ability to analyze and resolve cross-functional issues.- Ability to function independently with minimal direction.
