We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in data architecture, SAP ERP solutions, and supply chain management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and migrating master data, particularly within the Plan to Pay (Procurement) process.

The candidate will work with both technical and business teams to ensure smooth data migration, specifically focusing on Service Master, Product Master, and Business Partner data, while coordinating data-related decisions within the context of SAP S/4HANA.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

Data Migration & Master Data Management :

• Lead the transition from contract-specific services to reusable services across contracts .
• Facilitate discussions with contract managers from various categories to finalize the initial list of Reusable Services .
• Provide technical support in mass maintenance of Service Master data (using tools like LSMW ).

Master Data-Related Decisions :

• Oversee and drive discussions to make key Master Data decisions, ensuring clarity and proper execution across the following data objects:
• Product Master (for P2P processes, including Product Group, MRP, etc.)
• Business Partners (focused at the Purchasing Organization level)
• Contracts (and architecture during the interim phase)
• Source of Supply (mainly Source List )
• Purchasing Categories (grouping of Product Groups)

Collaboration with Data Migration Team :

• Act as a liaison between the business and the Data Migration team .
• Clarify release scope, approach, and expectations related to the data migration process.
• Support Product Master (Materials & Services) and Business Partner data validators.

MDM and Configuration Support :

• Ensure appropriate involvement of the business teams in MDM processes (particularly for Product Master & Business Partner ).
• Contribute input to the SCM/P2P process, especially in the context of the switch to Lean Services.
• Align with the MDM team on the S/4HANA configuration for Master Data management.

Technical Requirements :

• Extensive experience in SAP Data Migration and Master Data Management processes, specifically in relation to Material Master , Business Partner , and Service Master data.
• Strong familiarity with SAP S/4HANA (especially the MM module) and associated data migration tools (LSMW, SQVI, MS Access).
• Experience in Supply Chain Management (Plan to Pay) processes and related master data objects .
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution of data migration and master data decisions.
• Fluency in both English and Polish is required.
