We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with extensive knowledge of SAP HCM and extensive experience in managing and developing integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central. The main purpose of this position is to review, coordinate, and implement interface changes, as well as provide expert advice and support to HR departments within a hybrid SAP HCM – SuccessFactors environment.
responsibilities :
Analysis and evaluation of change requests concerning SAP HCM → SuccessFactors interfaces (PA/OM, PY/PT)
Management and implementation of interface adjustments using existing integration technologies (e.g., BIB framework, BADLe, ALE, file interfaces)
Troubleshooting end-to-end data flow issues between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central
Providing expert advice and working closely with HR business units to define requirements and design solutions in a hybrid SAP HCM / SuccessFactors environment
Coordinating and managing external service providers involved in the implementation and maintenance of interfaces
Participating in demand management processes, including effort estimation, prioritization, and resource planning
requirements-expected :
Over 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, preferably with solid knowledge of PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management
Extensive knowledge of technical and functional integration of SAP HCM with SuccessFactors Employee Central (both read and write scenarios).
Strong analytical skills in assessing complex integration requirements and issues related to data integrity and stability
Basic knowledge of ABAP is welcome as support for cooperation with development teams
Excellent communication skills in English
