Strong experience in SAP FICO implementation and customization
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA
Proficiency in financial accounting, reporting, and controlling processes
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Deep knowledge of the financial processes in GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO modules
Working experience in Agile way of working and business consulting
Knowledge of SAP procurement
SAP REFX knowledge is an added advantage
Working experience with Onsite / Offshore model
Strong negotiation, consultancy, and analytical skills
Willingness to travel, both nationally and internationally if needed
Fluency in written and spoken English or Dutch
