• We are seeking a Senior SAP FI/CO (Finance / Controlling) Consultant for a project. This is a seniorlevel position, so we expect excellent self-organization, consultative thinking, and a proactive approach. Additionally, the Senior Consultant should be adept at navigating the business management environment. In teamwork, they should demonstrate the ability and willingness to share consulting knowledge, quality communication, and resource management.

• Working as an SAP FI/CO consultant in a project in Poland
• Maintaining constant collaboration with other functional consultants and business users
• Continuously working with the implementation team and project stakeholders
• Actively participating in project meetings and fostering team collaboration
• Taking a proactive approach in seeking new solutions and initiating process improvements
• Leveraging your experience to support other consultants in overcoming consulting obstacles and ensuring high-quality team communication

• A minimum of five years of experience in various SAP projects as an SAP FI/CO Consultant, with a proven track record of successful project implementation In-depth understanding of core end-to-end SAP FI/CO business processes and integration with surrounding modules (PS, MM, SD, PP)
• Knowledge and experience of the implementation of international accounting standards
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset and a business acumen approach
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
• A high degree of independence in organizing one’s work and collaborating effectively within a team
• Proficiency in C2 level Polish (native) – Polish is the language of the project
• Willingness to undertake business trips, potentially up to 50% of the time
