Your new role

Holding the role, you will be responsible for:

1. Participating in various projects related to the implementation of S/4HANA and maintenance of SAP systems.
2. Maintaining constant collaboration with other functional consultants and business users.
3. Continuously working with the implementation team and project stakeholders.
4. Assisting junior consultants in addressing their daily challenges, providing consulting on various solutions and approaches.
5. Participating in meetings and fostering team collaboration.
6. Taking a proactive approach in seeking new solutions and initiating process improvements.
7. Leveraging your experience to support other consultants in overcoming consulting obstacles and ensuring high-quality team communication.

What youll need to succeed

In order to be a successful Candidate, you need to have:

1. At least five years of experience in various SAP projects as a consultant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
2. Comprehensive understanding of core end-to-end SAP EWM business processes and integration.
3. Prior experience in implementing multiple SAP projects, including the SAP EWM module, preferably having completed at least 2-3 full cycles of implementation as an EWM functional consultant.
4. Proficiency in MS Office tools, with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, slicers, and formulas.
5. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a consulting mindset and business acumen.
6. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
7. High degree of independence in organizing work and collaborating effectively within a team.
8. Fluency in Polish and English, with fluent spoken and written communication in both languages, suitable for an international work environment.
9. An active Category B driving license.
10. Willingness to participate in business trips.
11. Knowledge of ABAP programming language would be a strong advantage.
