• We are seeking a Senior SAP EWM Consultant to join our SAP Consulting Department. This is a senior-level position, so we expect excellent self-organization, business consulting mindset, and a proactive approach. Additionally, the Senior Consultant should be adept at navigating the business management environment. In teamwork, they should demonstrate the ability and willingness to share consulting knowledge, quality communication, and resource management.

• Working in the SAP Consulting Department as an SAP logistics module consultant, specializing in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• Participating in various projects related to the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems
• Maintaining constant collaboration with other functional consultants and business users
• Continuously working with the implementation team and project stakeholders
• Assisting junior consultants in addressing their daily challenges, providing consulting on various solutions and approaches
• Actively participating in project meetings and fostering team collaboration
• Taking a proactive approach in seeking new solutions and initiating process improvements
• Leveraging your experience to support other consultants in overcoming consulting obstacles and ensuring high-quality team communication

• Minimum 5 years as a consultant or in a similar role on SAP projects, with a proven record of successful implementations
• Deep understanding of core end-to-end SAP EWM processes and system integration
• Completed 2–3 full SAP EWM implementation cycles as a functional consultant
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly advanced Excel (pivot tables, slicers, formulas)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a consulting mindset
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
• Fluent spoken and written Polish and English, suitable for an international environment
• Willingness to undertake business trips, potentially up to 50% of the time
• Active Category B driving license
• Open and adaptable to international and multicultural work settings
