Your Tasks

• You develop individual solutions to overcome challenges resulting from the digitization of existing business models and the development of new ones.
• You lead innovative strategy projects at top‑management level in a promising and international working environment.
• You work on digital topics of the future within Capgemini’s international network.
• You stay up to date on trends around technologies and shared services, understanding their impacts on different business areas and models of SAP S/4 Hana, Cloud Transition, Central Finance.
• You enjoy combining digital topics, strategic analysis and implementation work, and have the ability to think conceptually and analytically.

Your Profile

• More than five years of relevant professional experience, including at least four years in a consultancy or in‑house consulting team with an exclusive focus on strategic transformation and improvement projects (cross‑divisional) with a focus on ERP, platform and technology strategy/transformation.
• Fluent spoken and written German.
• Proficient knowledge of SAP S/4/Hana, cloud migration, strategic technology transformation in the financial domain – SAP Finance and Controlling from an implementation perspective.
• A sound understanding of SAP S/4/Hana best practices in the FICO domain and awareness of trends around technologies and business processes in this area, including impacts on different business models, SAP S/4 Hana, Cloud Transition, Central Finance.
• Understanding of the improvements and value proposition of SAP in the FICO domain.
• Enjoys combining digital topics, strategic analysis and implementation work, and thinks conceptually and analytically.
• Leadership skills and experience in personnel responsibility; experience in leading performance‑oriented teams and building teams.
• Ideally: experience in customer acquisition of strategic transformation projects.
• Experience in personal consulting of CFOs, acting as a "thought partner" on current trends in technology strategy, enterprise transformation, cloud, SAP S/4/HANA, and a strong profile as an expert on common digital transformation topics.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in an English‑speaking international environment.
• Pronounced willingness to travel home and abroad (up to 30 % of the time, 50 % in exceptional cases).
