our client is a leading international system provider for innovative technical problem solutions, cleaning and clearing traffic areas as well as moving challenging green areas, is opening a new Corporate Service Center in Katowice to provide highest quality business services to whole group across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• working across multiple SAP logistics modules and related systems to support end-to-end business processes,
• acting as the main contact for business users within the SAP logistics support organization,
• leading logistics-focused SAP projects and serves as sub-project lead in large programs such as global rollouts or SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives,
• taking full functional ownership of logistics areas within company and collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders on new requirements and changes,
• performing process analysis in close cooperation with business partners and translates findings into system improvements aligned with the overall architecture,
• implementing approved changes through customizing, testing, and proper documentation,
• owning all SAP variant configuration topics including LO-VC, AVC, web-based configuration tools, and quote printouts,
• supporting configuration-related initiatives such as the SAP S/4HANA AVC implementation,
• creating and maintains process, configuration, and solution documentation,
• preparing functional specifications for ABAP developments and system interfaces,
• coordinating and manages external service providers for change requests and enhancements,
• delivering training and knowledge transfer to global and local business users.

Requirements:

• strong functional experience in SD, MM, and LO-VC with the ability to lead mid-sized projects,
• solid understanding of business processes and proactively engages with business stakeholders,
• bringing an open and collaborative mindset suited to an international and distributed team environment,
• showing a service- and solution-oriented attitude with a strong willingness to learn new technologies and topics,
• working independently while contributing actively to the team and going beyond expectations when needed,
• possessing excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills,
• fluent in spoken and written English, with German considered an advantage,
• at least 5-10 years of experience as a functional SAP SD/MM consultant,
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with SAP LO-VC within implementation projects,
• deep expertise in core SAP logistics processes including customizing activities,
• understanding integration across key logistics modules such as MM, SD, LO-VC, and PP,
• good knowledge of SAP interface technologies including RFC, IDOC, and web services,
• solid understanding of SAP development concepts such as user exits, routines, and forms.
