responsibilities :
Understand stakeholder needs to envision and create solutions to address challenges
Support cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions with business strategy
Gather and catalog functional and non-functional requirements for stakeholder requests
Participate in pre-sales activities as a technical architect and advocate for solution proposals
Lead the development of new capabilities or service offerings within SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA
Take charge of solving technical challenges with industry best practices as part of the application development team
Engage in hands-on programming for front-end and/or back-end as needed
Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications and identify integration points
Advise on SAP CIO Guides, Integration Solution Advisory Methodology, and SAP Data and Analytics Advisory Methodology
Estimate work efforts related to SAP development and technical architecture components
Create solution architecture documentation and other related artifacts with technical details
requirements-expected :
7+ years of professional experience as an SAP expert with proven knowledge in SAP technologies like Business Technology Platform, ABAP, and S/4HANA
Strong grasp of modern cloud-native solutions within and beyond the SAP ecosystem
Deep understanding of ERP and/or S/4HANA with familiarity in end-to-end business processes
Proactive attitude with a customer-centric approach
Passion for technology and collaboration paired with a results-driven mindset
Team-oriented mindset with the capability to work independently
Outstanding presentation and communication abilities in English; proficiency in German is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally to customer project locations
