As a Senior Salesforce Solution Consultant at Arla, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Salesforce capabilities to our Lead to Cash processes at all its stages. Your work will be contributing to our strategic growth efforts, and you will build connected Salesforce solutions that scale. This role reports to the IT Manager within IT Solutions Commercial ART Architecture de-partment. You will collaborate closely with Architects, Developers, and other team members to achieve our long-term goals. Design and develop features to improve business processes.
Advise on improvements to the sales and customer service-related processes.
Translating business needs into technical specifications.
Supporting on testing and deployment of solutions.
Working cross-functionally to build solid and stable solutions.
Troubleshooting platform issues.
