responsibilities :
Solution Architecture Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive end-to-end solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), aligning marketing strategies with technological capabilities to enhance customer engagement.
Data Architecture Expertise: Lead the design of complex data models and segmentation strategies, ensuring optimal use of Data Extensions and Subscriber Models to support targeted marketing efforts.
API & Integration Oversight: Spearhead the integration of SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other platforms using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data synchronization and enhanced customer journeys.
Team Development and Guidance: Mentor and develop a team of Marketing Cloud Developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
Cross-Channel Orchestration: Guide the team in creating cohesive customer experiences by aligning email, SMS, push, and social marketing channels to drive unified engagement.
Performance Optimization Strategies: Establish best practices for A/B testing, deliverability optimization, and campaign performance analysis, ensuring the team consistently delivers high-impact results.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, communicate architectural solutions, and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles.
Compliance and Security Leadership: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and marketing compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, CASL), establishing protocols for data handling and user permissions.
requirements-expected :
You have extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a strong focus on solution architecture and integration capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Deep understanding of SFMC modules like Email Studio, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
Experience in integrating external data sources in Snowflake.
Good understanding of Salesforce product portfolio like Data Cloud and Health Cloud.
Familiarity with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML and CSS, especially for Emails.
You hold relevant certifications, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect or System Architect, and are committed to continuous learning in the rapidly evolving SFMC landscape.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Marketing, or similar).
