Project scope:

• Lead the Salesforce development efforts, with end-to-end responsibility for customizations on the Salesforce platform, including Sales, Service, CPQ (and potentially Revenue Cloud)
• Work closely with a 10 FTE team, including 2 highly experienced Architects for technical guidance and sparring
• Perform hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom integrations
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Apex best practices and development frameworks
• Deliver integrations between Salesforce and ERP, Work Order Management, and Asset Management systems
• Mentor and guide 2 Salesforce Developers, helping them grow technically while ensuring high-quality deliverables

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Apex development and Lightning Web Components
• Proven track record in building custom REST services and integrating Salesforce with external systems
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and customization best practices
• Ability to act as a hands-on developer and technical lead, combining coding skills with mentoring and code review capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in English; experience in international teams is a plus
