Develop and maintain robust integration pipelines to support the CRM migration.
Implement task-based workflows leveraging Service Cloud to streamline customer engagement.
Build onboarding processes with Experience Cloud to enhance user experience.
Create and optimize ETL processes for complex data sets, ensuring high data quality.
Integrate external systems with Salesforce using industry best practices.
Collaborate with architects and analysts to refine scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Produce detailed technical documentation and support testing activities while resolving defects.
Ensure all solutions adhere to security and compliance standards.
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience in enterprise IT and CRM integration projects.
Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and ETL processes and tools.
Strong Salesforce CRM experience, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Expertise in designing and implementing scalable system integration patterns.
Proven ability to work within complex enterprise environments.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Superior communication and collaboration capabilities.
Communicative proficiency in Polish and English.
