• Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud
• Configure and develop Vlocity components including EPC, ESM, and BRE
• Implement solutions using Revenue Cloud and OmniStudio tools
• Participate in the full development lifecycle within Agile/Scrum environments
• Develop scalable Salesforce integrations and APIs
• Maintain technical documentation and design specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional international teams
• Support solution design, troubleshooting, and optimization

• Strong experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity / Communications Cloud / Revenue Cloud)
• Hands-on expertise with:
• EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog)
• ESM (Enterprise Service Management)
• BRE (Business Rules Engine)
• Experience implementing Salesforce solutions in large enterprise environments
• Understanding of Business Process Framework (eTOM)
• Strong Salesforce development experience
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
