responsibilities :
Lead technical support, maintenance, and enhancement of Salesforce applications in collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.
Head a technical SWAT team to resolve complex issues and major incidents, performing root cause analysis and preparing improvement plans.
Support platform upgrades (Salesforce Major Release), including change analysis, development, and configuration.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning and technical excellence.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance Salesforce ecosystem functionality and efficiency.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Address technical challenges related to architecture design, integrations, and system performance.

Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, including efficient and scalable code development and technical documentation.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Proficiency in advanced Salesforce data modeling, management, and security best practices.
Experience implementing and managing Salesforce integrations, with understanding of various integration patterns and platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices for Salesforce using tools such as Copado, Jenkins, or Gearset.
Experience using Salesforce monitoring and debugging tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Proven track record in IT support projects in international environments.
Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, supervising work progress, and ensuring high-quality solutions.
