We are currently looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is well-versed in Salesforce best practices and frameworks and has hands-on expertise in designing and implementing scalable solutions.

Project information:

• Location: 100% remote, no business travel
• Type of employment: B2B
• Budget: 155 net / hour / b2b
• Recruitment stages: HR screen, technical meeting with PM, and final meeting with the customer
• Open to profiles not only from Poland

Project scope:

• Develop and customize solutions using Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, Lightning Pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components
• Work with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Commerce Cloud (B2B Commerce) to enhance platform capabilities
• Utilize Salesforce declarative tools, such as Flow Builder, and determine when to use custom Apex coding based on project requirements
• Write HTML and CSS to tailor solutions in line with the company design system when necessary
• Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and its upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
• Ensure high-quality code and adhere to Salesforce development best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce customization
• Experience working with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Commerce Cloud (B2B Commerce)
• Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools and the ability to determine the best approach for implementation
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS to customize user interfaces
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and assess system impacts
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile and fast-paced environment
