Our IT Team is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to execute Sales priorities related to development in Sales Cloud and CPQ. In this role, you will work with our IT team and business partners to identify and develop technical solutions to help grow, scale and improve Motorola’s business operations. You will collaborate within IT and business stakeholders to align on what can be delivered, how and by when. You will regularly assess our ability to fulfill commitments, find opportunities and address risks.

Scope of Responsibilities

  1. Deep understanding of Salesforce B2B, CPQ and CRM capabilities.

  2. Develop and integrate Salesforce apps and components with back-office systems using modern web tools and technologies.

  3. Participate in the full application life cycle - design, development, testing, and deployment.

  4. Interact with customers, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure customer success.

  5. Work with technical teams and architects to finalize architectural specifications - and create solution and integration designs.

  6. Develop proofs of concept as needed during the design and requirements phase to evaluate products and integration.

  7. Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery.

  8. Produce project documentation, including functional and technical designs.

Basic Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related major.

  2. 3+ years of work experience in Sales cloud application.

  3. Proficiency with Apex, Java or C#; SOQL or SQL; and Lightning Web Components or web development.

  4. Experience with modern IDEs, version control (Git), Agile tools (JIRA) and DevOps is desirable.

  5. Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies. Proficiency with data modeling.

  6. Advocates for and adheres to the usage of defined Coding Standards.

  7. Salesforce certifications are preferred but not required.
