Project scope:

• Lead Salesforce and Vlocity (OmniStudio) development activities within Agile delivery teams
• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Communication Cloud with deep knowledge of product modelling, process building, OmniStudio tools, CPQ, and Order Management for MACD flows
• Build advanced components using OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, Calculation Procedures, Vlocity Cards UI, Interaction Launchers, and guided processes
• Develop custom functionality with Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning tools
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and Vlocity integration methods
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Sharing Rules)
• Collaborate closely with architects, testers, and business teams in an Agile setup
• Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality, scalable, performance-optimized solutions
• Support automation and continuous improvement in line with industry best practice

We look for candidates who

• Bring 3+ years of hands-on Vlocity (OmniStudio) development experience
• Have strong experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
• Are proficient with Platform App Builder, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning
• Have deep expertise in:
• OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Procedures)
• Vlocity data model
• CPQ, Order Management, MACD flows, decomposition/orchestration
• Understand full SDLC, Agile methodologies, version control, and parallel releases
• Communicate effectively with global client teams and act as a technical liaison
• Can propose cost-effective, robust solutions

Nice to have (Telco/Communication Cloud)

• Knowledge of Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Vlocity EPC, CPQ, and Cart configuration
• Experience with product modelling, pricing, discounts, context rules, and product relationships

Secondary skills:

• REST API concepts
• Wave/Einstein Analytics
